Our firm was established in 2005 for the express purpose of and is devoted to the representation of municipalities and other local government entities.  The firm currently represents numerous local government entities ranging from villages to some of the largest cities in Missouri.  We serve in an appointed city attorney or general counsel role as well as special counsel for a wide variety of matters including litigation, general municipal, municipal finance, land use and development, infrastructure financing, public works construction projects, and the use of economic development incentives.
